Společnost Air New Zealand reportuje téměř 18% pokles pololetního zisku

(Reuters) – Společnost Air New Zealand ve čtvrtek vykázala 17,8% pokles pololetního zisku, protože se stále potýká s problémy s dostupností letadel způsobenými zpožděním údržby na celém světě.

Společnost však oznámila zpětný odkup akcií ve výši 100 milionů novozélandských dolarů (57,05 milionu USD) a vyhlásila prozatímní kmenovou dividendu ve výši 1,25 novozélandského centu na akcii.

Vlajková loď novozélandské letecké dopravy vykázala za šest měsíců končících 31. prosince statutární zisk před zdaněním ve výši 106 milionů novozélandských dolarů (NZ$), zatímco před rokem to bylo 129 milionů NZ$.

To nicméně překonalo konsensus společnosti Visible Alpha, který počítal se 101,6 milionu novozélandských dolarů.
